This year, I am honoring my mom and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Soror Theresa B. Gartin Leeke’s spirit and 84th heavenly birthday (November 10) with three online meditations during our sorority’s Founders’ Day Month in November (also known as RHOvember).

The meditations I am leading will focus on three of my mom Theresa’s life lessons about spirit, self-care, and service.

Community Meditation Classes in DC: Wednesday Evenings Starting October 25

Meditating in a safe and sacred community each week is POWERFUL. It’s one of the best ways to be strategic with your self-care.

I am partnering with the owners of Qi Kratom CBD Tea to host the Thriving Mindfully Meditation Class on Wednesdays starting October 25th at 5:30-6:15 PM at 1517 U Street, NW, in DC.

The weekly donation-based classes will end on December 20th.
