Trust Your Body and Breath with Mindful Self-Care

On Monday night, I led the Thriving Mindfully Academy’s first Mindful Self-Care Class of 2022 (we meet twice a month). We focused on TRUST in our bodies and breath as we moved through deep breathing and gentle movement exercises, a sound bath meditation, and mindful journaling exercises.
