Moving Forward: Learn Why Joy Is Everywhere When You Reach Out to Help and Serve!

Hey Groovy Friend!

I have to do something I am not really ready to do this week: archive two amazing communities I have been leading for the past several years: A Mindful Cup of Tea Facebook Group and the Thriving Mindfully Meetup Group. It’s been a little hard to close them, but I gotta do it today. This evening I went bike riding and thought about how much these groups have meant to me.

During my bike ride, a line from one of my poems, “Joy, the Psalm of Our Lives, popped in my head: JOY is everywhere when you help and serve.” That line has become my mantra as I move forward and archive the communities. It reminds me I carry JOY in my heart for the ways I have helped and served these communities. I have JOY in my heart for the ways I will continue to help and serve the members of my new Thriving Mindfully Community. Watch my short video that expresses my appreciation.

My hope is that you will join me as I move forward in the Thriving Mindfully Community, a digital sacred space created to inspire you to nurture, transform, and celebrate your life, relationships, and career.
